I want you to be successful. Many times people have not reached their goals not because of a lack of motivation or desire, it is because of a lack of a clear, concise, step-by-step actionable and reasonable plan.

For me, it was negative self-talk and a lack of understanding and it took me twenty years to realize that I had the power within myself. Once I realized this, I have been able to help many many people. What we feel we think, and what we think we feel. This then leads us to believe certain things and form habits.
